Cause: A lock conflict occurred in the current operation, and the statement was unable to be processed.
该错误的原因是在当前操作中发生了锁定冲突，因此无法处理该语句。
1、首先，使用查询如下DDL语句来查看锁定的行或用户：
SELECT s.sid,s.username,s.machine,s.program,s.sql_hash_value,s.sql_address,l.type,l.id1,l.mode_held,l.mode_requested
FROM v$session s,v$lock l
WHERE s.sid=l.sid;
2、如果发现只有一会话连接，可以考虑Kill掉该会话来解决：
ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION ‘sid,serial#’;
3、如果发现有多个会话产生了冲突，可以考虑重新设计程序的逻辑，避免多个会话同时处理相同的记录，此外，还可以让数据库管理员调整事务隔离级别，解决锁定问题。
