ORA-15062: ASM disk is globally closed
Cause: The disk to which the I/O request was issued has gone offline or has been globally closed by the background process. Check other messages in the trace files for more information.
Action: Bring the disk online for I/Os to get through.

Action: Make sure the Disk has been properly brought online in ASM, by using “ALTER DISKGROUP … MOUNT DISK”.
该错误可能是由于磁盘在ASM中没有被正确挂载所导致的。
1.使用ASMCMD +[DG.DISK]指令来检查磁盘状态。
2.检查对应磁盘所在底层存储设备是否与服务器连接正常，没有断开或移除。
3.如果磁盘处于GLOBALLY CLOSED状态，可以输入“ALTER DISKGROUP name MOUNT DISK”命令以打开磁盘，并从 GLOBALLY CLOSED 状态变更回MEMBER状态。
